This is the story of “Jane” who had just moved into a new small office. The office was provided in the normal condition by the agent. Blank walls and clear glass partitions with the Australian Standard 75mm Visual safety band resulting in an uninspiring work environment!
She decided that standard frosted privacy film on her office front wasn’t enough. She wanted her staff and clients to be immersed in the brand with her. Office signage was the perfect solution, but custom branding and design was expensive.

1. Pick the Office Signage Architectural Finish
Jane wanted privacy for the office entrance, but still wanted to maintain an open internal feel in the office. From the selection she choose 1200mm frosted film to the tenancy front and clear film for the waiting internal room.
2. Choose the design from the Library
From the extensive selection, Jane decided that the design “Wedge” was the most complimentary ready-to-go signage design for her new office, but it was a different colour to her branding and logo.
3. Supply the Branding or Logo colours
There are a few ways to supply your company colours. Jane simply sent through her logo in a vector format, and the colours were added to the design straight from this colour pallet. Alternatively she could have also sent through the CMYK or RGB colour codes.
Jane had a 2 colour scheme which was simply added to the design and the proof was sent through for sign off.
4. Print office signage and install
After receiving the approval of the artwork proof the frosted film and clear signs were printed and ready to be installed the next day.
